When hard turning precision parts made of hardened steel, we produce roundnesses of less than 1 µm.
Hard turning is the perfect alternative to grinding because it can produce surfaces that would normally require very laborious fine grinding.
From plastic to aluminum or stainless steel to hard metal and ceramic – we manufacture high-precision components for you.
Examples include spheres, cutting punches, forming rolls, valve parts, bushings, pistons, feed rolls and contours of all kinds.
We also process materials that are particularly difficult to machine, e.g. for tensile tests made of new materials.
Complex components are manufactured with high precision on our modern CNC machines.
Contours, e.g. in forming rolls, made of hardened steel do not need to be laboriously polished, but already come with a high surface quality from the machine.
