Special CNC hard turning machines
By using special CNC hard turning machines, hardened workpieces can be processed very economically and without any fine grinding. With the appropriate technology, roundness < 0.001 mm and tolerances < 0.005 mm can be achieved. This process is often more cost-effective than grinding, especially when producing complex contours.
